Democrats of Rim Country Annual Yard Sale

​May 26 - June 1
Becky Orahood and Judy Ellis have again generously offered their ranch property for our yard sale. This is our biggest fund-raiser of the year, and we need lots of help from DRC members, strong family members, husbands, teenagers, neighbors, etc.​ 
May 26   12 - 5 pm  Sale set up, pricing and prep. Deliver tables, tarps and canopies                                    for displaying merchandise. We need volunteers with pickup                                          trucks and helpers to pick up and deliver, then unload at the site.
May 27  9 - 5 pm     We will be accepting your donations. Please mark your items with                                  prices on masking tape or painter's tape. NO PREMADE STICK-                                    ON TAGS as they fall off. Nothing priced under 25 cents. Please                                    do not group items (4 for $1, etc.) since people move items                                            around. 

                               If items are not priced, you will be provided with tape and markers                                 before you leave. 

                               All items should be clean and in good condition.
May 28  9 - 5 pm   Organizing items, preparing signs. Strong volunteers needed to                                     help set up.
May 29 - 31           Sale Days. We will need lots of help to assist buyers, keep                                            merchandise organized, answer questions and act as                                                    cashiers. Two shifts,  7-10 and 10-1. 
June 1  9-1           Final sales for late shoppers. From 1 until finished, we will                                              be cleaning up and loading left-overs for donation. If your items                                      have not sold and you wish to keep them, you may pick them up                                    then. All signs will need to be picked up.
